5.0 star rating	Very close to the airport - a few minutes walk and mostly undercover, against that lovely, British, June rain. I think overall, that the higher cost of the hotel - compared with those a few miles away - is offset by the lack of need to get an airport transfer/taxi. Next time I'm coming through Stansted with na early morning flight, I'll probably stay there again. Lovely shower (in the hotel room).	If you are arriving by train and don't already know where the hotel is then you might need to ask someone as there aren't (m)any signs. Once you know where it is, its fine	Thom	26 June 2012

4.5 star rating	We liked the design of the hotel and were not disturbed by flights landing and taking off. Food was wholesome and not overly expensive although my wife found the cheese used for her pizza was very salty. Very convenient for airport/car hire and our destination which was Safron Waldon. My wife used the health facilities and was very pleased with them.	There was some confusion with our booking on arrival, but the receptionists dealt with the matter very efficiently and we were not kept waiting long as the situation was resolved. 4.5 star rating	Excellent location to Stansted Airport. Warm and comfortable. January 19th we met a professional staff at Reception. And March 2nd there was a Concierge ready with the wheel chair for my husband in the morning and he took us to the terminal.	The beds are too narrow. The double bed was more like a single bed for one person alone. And the two separate beds were really narrow. They should be two double beds (US size) also one single bed should be king size (US size), so two persons could sleep comfortable. This time March 1st we have requested two separate beds in our reservation, but Monica (at Reception) gave us a room with only one bed (too narrow), and I had to come down and ask for a room with two beds. So, she gave another room and when we went there, there was only the same one bed. The third time I went down, and said to her:"Guess, what? That room also had only one bed!" Her answer was, that it was marked as twin room. No apologies, nothing. By the , she was the same person, who on Jan.19th neglected to inform the Concierge, that my husband needed a wheel chair to the terminal at 6:30 the following morning. There was nobody at Concierge's Desk that evening, so I asked Monica at the Reception to relay the message to them. When we arrived in the morning, the Concierge had no information on their log book. Fortunately they managed to arrange a wheel chair from the terminal in time.		06 March 2013

4.0 star rating	Very quiet, large and modern rooms, good breakfast, great location (2 mins walk from the airport). It is the closest hotel to the airport.	I stayed during the Christmas Day and the swimming pool and gym were closed. 5.0 star rating	Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the terminal and the great deal found online. The room and facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive and good quality. 4.5 star rating	Great for the airport just a 2 min walk and you are in the terminal. We had a great view of the planes from our room, aqlthough I noticed that a lot of the rooms were internally facing. The bed was nice and comfy and it was very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a very good buffet selection but the staff were only clearing the tables and not re-laying them or getting any coffee or tea's, I had to interupt their conversation and ask after waiting 10 mins. 4.0 star rating	The room was quiet even it was on the runway side of the building. Amazing breakfast.	The room wasn't as clean as we expected. Carpet was dirty and there were stains in the bedding. 4.5 star rating	rooms are good -sized with all the necessary appliances inc. ironing board, also they are quiet.	the big breakfast is starting too late (6am) as most of the travellers here have very early morning flights with check-ins starting at 5am....so you cannot take advantage of the breakfast you paid for. 5.0 star rating	Great place to stay when you have an early flight. Located right next to the Airport, it takes no time at all to reach the check-in. Even though breakfast was included, I had to pay 3Â£ extra to be able to eat before my early flight. On the other hand, I could choose whatever I wanted, and it was delivered to my room... 5.0 star rating	Stayed atvt Stayed at this hotel every time fly from stansted as so close to security takes minutes from checking out to departure lounge this time only took 20 mins. Rooms are good size and very comfortable beds. In	We checked in very quickly receptionist very helpful.and given room number even though we where a little early for check in. We got to our room to find bed not changed and used towel hung up and toilet not cleaned . I rang housekeeping to report this and to be fair they sent the supervisor straight away she said it was front of house mistake and we shouldn't been allocated that room she offered for cleaner to coimne in and clean it straight away but this was going to take about 30 mins and to be honest I didn't want to be there while cleaner was doing what she had to do we had had a long journey and wanted to just get relaxed so I said could we just go into another room she said I will try within 10 mins we where moved and room was the normal what I would expect sovweven though this ois in negative comment problem was resolved very quickly and I will continue to book here as it is so worth the price	jmm1959	10 July 2015

We had a bed and breakfast package but had to leave the hotel early before the restaurant opened for breakfast. We were therefore offered breakfast in our room which arrived promptly at 3am at an additional cost of Â£3 which we felt was an excellent service.	The drinks in the bar are expensive.
