The hotel is located in the suburb of Morningside, in Durban.In 1999, a Durban businessman had an inspiration to convert four Victorian homes on Durban´s Florida Road in the suburb of Morningside, into a luxury boutique hotel. Since opening it´s doors in 1997, it has become the hotel of choice for many discerning guests who regularly return to stay. The finishes and decor are of the highest standard. All windows are double glazed to eliminate neighbourhood noise.The Jam restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sundays. The restaurant is also available for private functions, weddings and corporate product launches. In the restaurant caters for vegetarians can, by prior arrangement, prove Halaal and Kosher meals.
