5.0 star ratingWas very good. Clean and nice Staff. Very Helpful when I called ahead of coming. We were picked up at the Airport and brought to the hotel. They also provided for us to go to the Pier to get on the Crown Princess and did not charge us for it. Some of my family stayed at the Princess cruises facilities and had to pay from the airport and also, had pot and drug dealers in the hotel along with noise most of the night. They were not happy. I went with Comfort Inn and the Hotelopia and could not be anymore pleased. None.Marita23 December 2013

2.5 star ratingGreat location. Good price on room stay.Rooms airfilter has not been cleaned in about 20 years, cabinet doors falling off, bath tub looked dirty, but really just old and stained. Pool was dirty (did get cleaned after a few days). Food: real bad. Asked for a "patty melt", but I could not even start to tell you what I received. I do not know why this place cannot be brought up to standard. I would even pay more if it was.Reba02 April 2014
