2.5 star rating		Phone Charger and adaptor stolen fron our room Hotel staff not interested in our complaint except to say staff would not take from room no offer of a loan of a replacement Very disatified on this issue - Hotel should replace stolen property - surely they have insurance to to cover loss - anyway it was only of small value. No member of staff of the hotel owns a Nokia phone - how likely is that???? Also room walls very dirty - got moved to another room was just as dirty	Low Battery	28 August 2009
2.0 star rating		The only positive was the location! The restaurant was the only place in Italy we found that served bad food with a service worst than any take away shop! The food was literally thrown at us once the rude waiter got the order right!	Pires	11 August 2011
3.0 star rating	The staff are really nince and friendly. I was satisified with the food.	This is not a four star hotel. There was no hot water in my room. They promised many times that they will fix it, but I was left alone without hot water. They ruined my holiday.	dhornyak	29 December 2012
