1.0 star ratingThe only thing positive about the hotel was the shuttle. I was able to get to and from the hotel to the airport with no problems. I read the reviews thinking this hotel would be nice to stay at for 3 nights and I was wrong. I'm not from atlanta so I didn't know I booked the hotel in the hood. I grew up in the hood and I wasn't expecting to go back.... But that's where I was located. The non smoking room I requested smelled like an old ash tray, the furniture was worn and broken, carpet had old stains, the shower mat was old and dirty, the "free" breakfast was nasty and rubbery, they charged me 20 bucks for checking in early, and the staff was rude. It was not welcoming at all. Housekeeping was gone after 5 and I didn't have Fresh sheets or towels on day 2. It was just horrible. I'm from Dallas and when I go to Houston or Florida, I usually book with Crowne Plaza. But I didn't have a car going to Atl so I had to find a hotel near the airport. It was a waste of money. I will NOT be returning to that hotel. I will make sure I book on the other side of the airport.Q29 October 2015
