2.5 star ratingVery good location; hotel has excellent views of the Nile and the boats. There is a swimming pool for relaxing beside and/or swimming. It is within walking distance of the markets and travel agents/tour companies. The hotel foyer and dining areas are well presented and clean.Unfortunately, although the location is excellent, the rooms are tired and showing their age. There was minimal information about the hotel facilities and things to do in Aswan, in the rooms. A maximum three star for the room we stayed in.07 February 2009

1.0 star ratingNothing Positive!Do not stay here! I've been traveling to Egypt for 40 years and this is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I paid in advance for two nights. I arrived late They gave me the worst room in the hotel. The sheets were dirty. Bath had not been cleaned in weeks and there were no towels in the room. After a sleepless first night because of mosquitoes in the room, I went to reception the next morning to complain. The manager was sitting there drinking tea and smoking with his friends. They just ignored me. After waiting ten minutes I went back to my room got my bags and left. No way was I going to spend another night in this dump.Vincent19 January 2016
