1.5 star ratingOnly good thing is the huse keeperVery bad hotel and bad service food is garbage and not fresh and no dinner so you can not classify it as all inclusive as i have to leave the hotel and eat outside The occupance was only 20 room so staff lazy and no service and the jock is i ask for late check out as i spent the time in the beach and when i check out at 4 pm they asked me to pay 120 pound i asked them for what as during the 4 days i did not eat in the hotel and you can check the restaurant as they record the room number but the receptionist no comment and i ask about manager they have no one so i asked him do not ask the gust why he is not eating in the hotel of course he not understand me so i told him as you not have quality management as if you have then they will ask the gust but answer is simple garbage food not fresh so i can end by food poison so i end pay for him this 120 pound and say for him now i understand why your hotel is empty and for sure no one will like to go back and the funy thing is money recept was manually as of course he can not put it in the computer and god know where is this money will go anyhow thanks god that still good hotel in Hurghada like Schaumburg hotel where when i asked for late check out they make it for me till 5 pm this was last month regards Dr Mohamed Yehia KhalilAnonymous 19 October 2016
