This rustic house lies in an enchanting rural place of the inland of Mallorca, Costitx, and for sure will make the best of your holidays. The two-storey house, with 250 m2, has capacity for 6 people (there is space for up to eight people – you just have to pay an extra fee). There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom with whirlpool and sauna shower and a bath tub with panoramic views. The other three bedrooms are downstairs, two of them come with two single beds each and the other one has a double bed. All bedrooms come with wardrobe and air conditioning. In the house, apart from the en suite bathroom you will find another bathroom in the ground floor, equipped with a bath tub. The whole house is equipped with central heating. When entering the house you will feel like home, with its cozy and warm decoration the villa emits a nice welcome to you as a guest. In the living room you can rest in one of the sofas, surf in the internet, listen to music with the CD player and watch satellite TV or a film with the DVD player. The kitchen, which is quite close to the living room has everything you could need for cooking during your stay: mixer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer. The adjoining dining area has seats for up to 8 people and a comfortable table to enjoy your meals. Of course there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house is settled up on a hill and from the terrace and the swimming pool you can admire astonishing views to the countryside. The garden is very well kept with flowers all around. Step outside the kitchen and have breakfast in the porch located in the terrace outside. Swim in the chlorine big swimming pool (9 x 4 meters) and relax on one of the eight sun loungers you will find there.
