5.0 star ratingWe stayed for just two days at the end our holiday and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was beautiful with a superb view from the balcony. We stayed half board and we were extremely impressed by the food offered. The activities available for the children (tues-Sat) are varied and enjoyable, our two thoroughly enjoyed playing with all their new Spanish friends. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be going back again as two days was not long enough.No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although everything else has been provided.08 August 2008

5.0 star ratingThe setting of the hotel was fantastic we had a wonderful holiday, will be going back next year,we would like to thank the staff for there help,and making us feel very welcome.The Bathroom was very dark, also the plants outside the balcony of 153 were very obstructive would be a better outlook if maybe the plants could be trimmed.Mr D Newman03 November 2013

5.0 star ratingThe hotel resort was family friendly and very clean. We booked it for a week with our two young kids and the facilities & activities was fantastic. We even had a good Brit band concert in one of the evenings and the kids really enjoyed it. The restaurant staff were very friendly, flexible and hospitable. The services of George & Jose was superb and we noticed that other guests had smiling faces which is a good indication that the resort is well looked after. I will not hesitate to return as we had a fabulous time. *One tip if you're not renting a car is to take the bus shuttle at the entrance of the resort to El Campello or Venta Lanuza and then take the tram to other places of interest such as Alicante or Benidorm. Another caution is the resort and surrounding area is quite hilly so prepare to sweat...climbing. CiaoPerhaps a little far out of city centre.Anonymous 03 September 2014
3.5 star ratingReally nice place, calm, nice poolarea, great view, good help in the reception.The firealarm outside our apartement started at 2 o´clock in the night and our two familys who lived in the apartementhouse had to rut outside, nobody in the stuff came so we had to call the reception. The man in the reception just turned it off without an explenation and didnt came to look. The children was terrified and didn´t want to go in and sleep again. When we went down to the reception to get some more information, he just told us that it wasn´t unusual, it is technical problems and happens twice or three times at week. This doesn´t feel ok, alarm is serious things and somebody from the stuff should come to the apartement when it happend. what if it wasn´t a technical problem just this time?Anonym 23 June 2015
