3.0 star ratingThe reservation was done through Hotelopia 2 weeks before arrival and I called to confirm 4 days before arrival. All seemed confirmed until arrival date, they made us wait 30 minutes to confirm the bookings. I paid and they said they will provide me with the invoice/receipt on check out. On check out date they made me wait 30 minutes to figure out the booking again and after that I did not get a receipt but was promised to get it by e mail which until now I did not.Keeth28 May 2014
