4.5 star ratingIn a good location, the hotel was very well managed. the food was good.Although the room was clean we were put on the 6th floor which was a smokers floor. We specifically asked for non smoking when we booked. 05 November 2008

They went out of their each morning to greet us in friendly warm manner and they put on a fabulous effort with our 10 month daughter making her feel comfortable.The swimming pool could had been heated as the was just right for a swim15 December 2011

4.5 star ratingThere was a problem with our booking on arrival. Was booked into a mountain view instead of sea view as stated on the booking. The lady at reception was very helpful and made the necessary changes to suit the booking we required.Noticed that the carpets on floor 4 are looking as if they need replacing. Think they need to brighten it up, lots of marks on the carpets and looking very old and worn out.Anonymous 15 March 2017
