2.0 star ratingThe beach front view is awesomeThe hotel room was not cleaned on the 1st until we complained for the umpteenth time, room only got cleaned at 7pm! The tv in the bedroom did not work for the entire 4 nights, five days we were booked at the hotel. The hotel was very noisy with some hotel guests partying at their room balconies till 5am. It was impossible to get some sleep. The various entrances into the ICC hotel were cordoned off. Security guarding the premises were very rude, at some stage we were almost manhandled when we were returning to our room. I will never return to this hotel under whatever circumstances...Sibanda04 January 2017

5.0 star ratingIt is a pleasure always staying at the EL ICC. I normally fly from jhb just to have a clear sea view and sleep with the slidding doors open to enjoy the sea breez and the sound of the waves.I was disappointed when my request of my preferrence while checking in was rather deliberately ignored. It was eventually rectified after I made a special call for it to be attended.Anonymous 21 October 2016
