 Solicito que seja feito com urgencia o estorno no valor de r$ 536,46 referente a hospedagem néo utilizada em morro de séo paulo, pq ao chegar la em 10/11/2012 por volta das 19 hrs passei o maior caréo da minha vida pq eles me disseram que eles néo trabalham com a hotelopia e que vcs vendem hospedagem por conta propria.cansada, sozinha e sem ter pra onde ir aquela hr da noite paguei em dinheiro a importancia de r$ 90,00 para pousar lá somente aquela noite e me hospedei em outra pousada ja na manha seguinte. gostaria que vcs resolvessem logo e estornem tal quantia do meu cartéo de credito, antes que eu entre em contato com o hotel e peça documentos para comprovar esta fraude de que fui vitima. grata, atenciosamente mirtes nogueira, telefones pra contato 019 88210335 e 019 3238631614 December 2012
