5.0 star ratingI found the hotel to be very good in every - all of the staff in the different areas (from housekeepers to dinning room and reception) were competent, professional, friendly and went out of their to be helpful. Many of my dealings at reception were with Jacob (the english for his name) and he was excellent and helped me on a number of occasions. The facilities were also excellent and very well maintained. My only complaint is that there was no coffee making facilities in the bedroom and I was unable to get coffee during the day in the dinning room. As I am "addicted" to coffee, I was a little disappointed that I was unable to get coffee in the hotel other than at breakfast.Karen27 August 2009
