1.5 star ratingWe were charged twice for our accommodation. The first charge was with Hotelopia then the hotel took the liberty of placing a further unauthorized charge for our room. We tried to contact both Hotelopia and Hotel Pontchartrain with no success. The hotel closed for renovations shortly after our stay which compounded the issue. We have retained all our documentation and were hoping to resolve the matter directly with the hotel once they reopen. The whole experience has been very disappointing, especially when you consider the amount of money that we have been falsely charged.Anonymous 03 December 2015
