4.5 star rating-Staff was friendly -enjoyed the free laundry facilites -Room was clean and neat-Garbage side of sink leaked into lower cupboard -Right front burner on stove did not work -Attempted to contact regarding above, but only got recording, closed after 8pm. - Unable to use gameroom or to contact anyone in lobby after 8pm, frustrating because you are at disney parks till after 8pm, and unable to use gameroom after 8pm. -Carpets could use a cleaning - After returning from long fun day at disney (10pm) only to fine no parking in front of our building or near.23 March 2012
5.0 star ratingThis is a family friendly hotel. It is well located for all kind of activities. Near all major attractions,airport,supermarkets, and malls. I will stay in this facilities once again if traveling to Orlando,Florida. Do recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.In my opinion this hotel does not have any negative things.Montisanti07 May 2012
