3.0 star ratingHotel staff helpful where possible. Nice open atrium with terrapins in ponds. The added bonus of being attached to a waterpark was good for my son. Nice outdoor pool at hotel. Buffet food lacked any real protein for someone who doesn't eat meat. No fish served at all. Buffet food not refrigerated once put out and dinner slot only 1 1/2 hours in total. Staff at waterpark charged us to enter the park when they should not have done. Worst of all the air-conditioning hardly worked in the rooms (one of the types that is interconnected from room to room) and the temperature barely dropped in the rooms below 30oC and the room was cramped.
