It offers guests holiday properties and luxurious trading areas for sale and rent and manages a top-level golf club at the same time. The properties at the resort represent 3 residential districts, Downtown, Lake and Pirin. They are reminiscent of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts. Accommodation is provided in a total of 29 studios.
