4.5 star ratingCleanliness of rooms and public areas was very good all staff friendly and polite nothing too much trouble for themair con was extremely noisy (old)and centrally controlled which meant not able to turn off power cuts also tripped 4 units in our block and had to request maintenance to reset also room was constantly dark did ask to be moved but room was not particularly good decided to stay in original was offered premium room at end of 1st week(at an exorbitant cost) stayed in original room also unable to use balcony air con unit sprayed water over whole of the balcony25 February 2010
