The history of Penghana, built as the mine managers residence in 1898, is represented with historic photographs, antique furniture, mine memorabilia. Overlooking Queenstown and surrounded by rainforest the beautiful stained glass front entrance, beautiful blackwood staircase, open fires and spacious rooms are all reminders of its significant past.
