3.5 star ratingRoom was of a good size, clean, comfortable. Quiet area. Front desk member of staff very helpful.Lifts only worked intermittantly. Also carpet on floor of lifts needed a good clean. Steps down to the hotel entrance meant that the case had to be carried - a ramp of some kind would help. More choice at breakfast.29 October 2008
