| 3.5 star rating | It is a very clean, well kept property, a little dated but reasonable price to visit. The food was good although they do a very good job of repurposing leftovers. All the waiters and bartenders were exceptional. I had a view of La Isla shopping center which was great for the sunsets. | The general overall treatment at the front desk was extremely rude, they did not make us feel welcome, I have approached 3 different people with different situations and they were unable to help. They definitely need further training on customer service. The room was good size and clean, but 3/5 days our room was done after 4pm. Bathtub drain was clogged, every time we took a shower the Bathtub got water filled. Entertainment programme for children â besides the pools and the 2 swings available, the entertainment was very poor, most of the activities organised by animation team were for adults. (travelling with a 6 year old) Hotel agents called to our room 8am twice to convince us to have a chat about their "VIP", code word for timeshare, and about their tours. The bed maker were knocking our door early morning and evenings, âjust to check the roomâ, we were bother all the time and we just wanted to enjoy our holidays and relax. | Ivonne | 16 December 2014 |
