3.0 star ratingGood position for visiting the area, facilities ie swiming pool etc good. We had a couple of issues ie heating and the loo not working but they sorted it out quickly. Food was ok but never warm. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful (but not all) The food was a fair standard for the money we paid. The hotel interior was nice if rather over the top.Our room was cold the heating did not work (they did give us a fan heater !) Toilet was not working. The prices for drinks were VERY expensive hence we noticed many guestd went out or bought in there own. The food was reasonable but never hot! Noise was an issue as you could hear people in the next room. We would not return mainly because of the reasons above. 03 March 2009
