1.0 star ratingnever agin, bad room and old. any more noise07 January 2012
3.0 star ratingShower was too small and the long pipe used to raise the shower head was not well done and further limited usable shower space. Carpet was old and stained, no "do not disturb sign", bed coverings were old and stained, bed covering were very basic blanket and sheet (no comforter), pillows were too firm, food in buffet was not good, parking was inconvenient, and shuttle times to strip were too limited.poly03 January 2012
5.0 star ratingIt was a good hotel for only like 30 dollars a night... Stay in a tower room It's worth the upgrade... Not far from the strip and is easily accessible. The only down fall is the 15 dollar amenities fee per night. But I guess if you use the internet a lot, its not too bad. beachgirl15 February 2012
5.0 star ratingVery clean bath, shower although not enough counter space. Beds were economical. I thought they were springy to sit on but provided a good sleep. Not enough pillows for me. Very quiet although from previous reviews I had expected more noise but we were on the second floor so it was quiet. The second floor walk up was a trudge with the baggage and the car was parked far away from our side of the hotel. No smoke smell which was good and overlooked the pool area. TV reception wasn't the best. All in all, while there is room for improvement, we were very satisfied. When we checked in there wasn't too much organization and the lady we had mumbled a lot, put in the wrong number and had to redo it all which took time. The background noise was horrible between people checking in and the casino nearby, so that we could barely understand her also. I think the buffet in house was horrible with bad service and uncleanliness and the food was horrible. Kaye09 March 2012
1.5 star ratingCheap!Room was quite old fashioned and not very clean. Also, it was extremely noisy, since it was next to their storage area where trucks where coming all night... lsolasa21 February 2012
3.5 star ratingshuttles to strip and downtown starbucks (casino pricing) if you need it housekeeping great wifi in roomresort fee i thought was initially $15/day was $17.xx/day upon arrival. resort fees cost more than actual room. charges for wifi on bill (5.99/day) - had to check out at desk to take them off (covered by resort fees). small bathroom - smallest shower ever, and not much room on shelf above sink. thin walls - like most mid to low level station casinos. normal conversation in hallway @ 4am wakes whole floor.Perro22 March 2012
3.5 star ratingThe 24 hour cafe has decent food, but slow service for breakfast. There weren't any crowds on a very crowded weekend. Our room was on the 1st floor across from the shipping dock. Around 4 in the morning we were awakened to loud wheels rolling carts of who knows what? We didn't pay much, so I guess you do get what you pay for.Skip21 March 2012
3.5 star ratingTower rooms are very nice and openMy sister stayed in the courtyard room, really dingy and dirty. Would not recommend courtyard rooms at all. We paid $14.99 plus tax per night in addtl fees for services we didn't even use. The shuttle bus was full everytime we went to try and get on it. Ended up driving ourselves. Waste of money and inconvenient!1st time for everything06 April 2012
4.5 star ratingClean and comfortable - lovely bed.None - good value for the price.22 May 2013
1.0 star ratingOnly thing positive was that Laquita at corporate was a heck of a lot nicer!I am an owner of a Billiard Magazine and traveled to Las Vegas to cover a large National Billiard event. Unfortunately, if you like to pass through hallways reeking of marijuana so bad that you can not walk outside your room to the casino or elsewhere then this is the place to be. Also had an Ipod stolen out of the room while gone. At check in we didn't receive any coupon as promised when booking. It's really sad they might would gain more business if the staff actually cared enough about it's customers. I had complained twice and only on the second attempt did a Barney Fife type guard tell me that there was nothing they good do. WOW.. ReallY? Allan the supposed hotel manager couldn't even produce a corporate phone number! He was rude didn't care what I had to say just said fill this form out and go away was the impression I got. 21 August 2013
