4.5 star ratingThe hotel is amazing! It is an incredible building and setting and you feel to be set back in time. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. All in all a very nice stay - almost like in a fairy tale.The rooms are a bit outdated. One can say it fits into the flair, but they could do with some new refurbishment.Julia11 November 2013
3.5 star ratingThe general impression is good, but there is obvious missing maintenance on the building.At the dinner four dishes of fish was ordered, but for the two dishes of bacalhao the fish was not properly cooked (roasted). With first serving it was sticking to the bones.and skin and had to be remade.Sole15 September 2015
