Dalaman Airport is approximately 60 km from the finca.Built in 2010, the air-conditioned country house is built on a total area of 26,000 m2 and offers a wide range of facilities and services. The boutique hotel offers 32 rooms in total as well as 48 stables and horse riding and training provided by certified trainers, expert riders, and experienced stablemen. Riding services are available 6 days a week (fees apply). Most of the facilities are built using natural building materials and there are two structures; one main building and one outbuilding. Both buildings have luxurious boutique hotel rooms located upstairs while downstairs is designated for the horses with stables, a veterinary office, blacksmith shop, saddle rooms, and horse care units. There is an indoor paddock of international standard, a terrace (with a view of the outdoor paddock) and the indoor watching terrace (with a view of the indoor paddock).
