4.5 star rating	Great room, location, beach. Staff was nice.	Hot water in the room wasn't always hot in the morning. Hot tubs outside closed at 10, too early. We couldn't get towels from the cabana after 6pm.	jjj	14 March 2012
3.0 star rating	The grounds are very lush and the rooms spacious. The kitchenette was a great feature that came in handy for the weekend and we loved that they kept utensils and such in stock in the room.	The air conditioning and ceiling fan were broken in our room which did not lend to a pleasant experience when it's 85 degrees outside. In the morning we discovered that our coffee maker wasn't working which didn't matter too much because according to the hotel staff, they were out of regular coffee and only had decaf. Our friends enjoyed their room more than us but they were a bit grossed out by the dirty tissue that was in the middle of their floor when they arrived. When you also factor in the fact that there isn't much parking and we had to pay an additional "resort fee" for each room even though we were not partaking in any of the resort activities for the night, it was not a great experience. After driving around the island I have a better idea of some other places I would like to try should I return to Hilton Head.	Threellamabeans	20 March 2012

4.0 star rating	The staff is very friendly and professional!	The hotel charges a resort fee which does NOT include beach chair or umbrella rental. This would be the reason why I would not return to this resort. Marriott resorts include beach rentals.	Anonymous	11 August 2015
