4.0 star ratingI visited my sister who is in intensive care in Greece and the staff at hotel were amazing. I could not praise them enough. If I ever have to go back to Patras I certainly would stay in this hotel again. It is also very central. Cleaner was also excellent at her job. It was very pleasant under the difficult circumstances why I was there. I would have given hotel 5 star but the only reason why I rated as such was because the carpets needed cleaned. Although food was average, it was sustainable. I would request the hotel to put a sign up to say if telephone at computer has to be used and charged then this should say so since I got a bill for 2 telephone calls to change flights for 79 EUROS. misty16 October 2012
