4.5 star ratingCheck in was fast and courteous staff,location of the room was great, close to the beach, pool and restaurants,their staff is great, pleasant, polite and always with a smile;the food was good, at the Conuco Restaurant was great, the bar attendants were very helpful and cheerful, lots of lounging chairs at the beach and the pools which were great;the room was kept clean,only the air condition would not get a warmer tempature, but that was better than being hot,room service atendant very friendly and all our needs were met in a timely manner,there was no charge for the safe deposit box or parking;the show was very nice,checking out was also a pleasure. Only negative is that the hotel is a bit far and you would need tranportation to get anywhere;the curtains in the room should be changed or cleaned, I guess a lot of people pull it by the curtain instead of the rods and as far as the casino, the temperature is very warm and the slot machines don't work the same as the cruiseships or Las Vegas, they need updating, other than that it was a great vacation and most of all the staff gets a 5 star review from us.Nini26 March 2012
4.5 star ratingGorgeous, clean beach. Friendly staff. Good variety of food. I would returnCheck in was an absolute mess. There's no rhyme or reason to the they handle the mass of people. There needs to be an orderly line. Also the staff members need to complete one check in before moving on to the next one, rather than juggling five different check ins at once. This is not an efficient or professional of doing things, and it isn't good to start off on the wrong foot with your guests. 11 March 2013
