5.0 star ratingThe food in the hotel was fantastic and we were pleased that we managed to book into all of the a la carte restaurants. The pools and grounds are lovely.When we arrived the lock on one of our rooms was not working, the two friends from this room were then moved into another which was also broken! We accept this was probably an unfortunate coincidence but felt that this could have been resolved in a better manner as it resulted in the two friends involved making numerous trips to the reception after a very long flight.25 June 2012
5.0 star ratingLovely hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Food was really nice. Excellent for families my children loved it here. Lots of pools and a stunning beach that's very safe for children. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews as they must be written by idiots! Cannot fault this amazing hotel at all. The staff made sure our holiday was very enjoyable. Will be going back next year! Welshbabe10 March 2016
