This hotel and bungalow complex lies directly between the soft white sands of Nissi beach and expansive tropical gardens near the town of Aiya Napa. Guests will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés in the town, and can visit the Municipal Museum of the Sea and experience the Ayia Napa Festival with its theatrical performances, concerts and Cypriot folk dancing in September.Rooms are bright and feature contemporary furnishings and picturesque garden or sea views. The hotel complex provides a variety of family-friendly conveniences including a minimarket, a kids' club, two playgrounds, and a children's pool in addition to an outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Guests can sample Cypriot specialties in the tavern, enjoy a casual breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant, and find drinks and snacks throughout the day at the poolside snack bar and beach kiosk, all on a fun-filled, sunny island holiday.

4.0 star rating- Location is just great, as it right in front of Nissi beach with multiple restaurants and shopping just across the street. Mind it that Nissi beach is the best beach in Aiya Napa particularly for younsgters with crystal clear water. - Staff at the hotel are just great, very helpful and serve you with a smile. - They have couple of restaurants and beach bar; food is quite good. Breakfast has a lot of variety. - They have a small gym, indoor and out door pool; but who needs them when a great beach is right across. - I am planning to go back to Aiya Napa with my family now; would like to stay at the same place again. - The hotel is quite old and needs to upgrade their rooms particularly for the price you pay for them. Please note that most of the hotels in Aiya Napa are not very modern or high end; so not great value for money. - Though its on the Nissi beach, teh beach its not private and they dont even provide sun beds and shades; which you have to get yourself (by paying) from the beach bar (not part of Nissi beach hotel). - The hotel is around 3 kms away from the Napa Square, which is the happening place after 10 pm, filled with retaurants, bars and clubs; but I was ok with that.
