3.0 star ratingThe quiet atmosphere and the out-of-centre location were very relaxing. If the NH is really a four-star hotel, guests should not be expected to pay for wireless Internet access. Even if payment is required, 10 euros for 24 hours of slow internet access is a ridiculously high price. Next to that, having "vloerbedekking" in any hotel room gives the room a greasy, cheap look. I can imagine that guests with allergies won't be comfortable in such rooms. Finally, it would be nice if a hotel can actually find your personal information after your stayed at the place three times in 2 months. Also, if you have a hotel loyalty programme (NH World), it would be clever to bring that up with your customer if you've seen him/her at your hotel a couple of times in a row. Especially if the signing up process throught the nh-hotels website doesn't work as it should. The Avid Traveller11 October 2011
