This hotel is located in the new shopping area in the west of the city, opposite the Rey Juan Carlos University. It lies about 5 minutes away from the leisure and winter sports centre Madrid Xanadú. Facilities on offer include a welcoming foyer with reception desk as well as four conference rooms. Room and laundry services complete the offerings, and there are on-site parking spaces for those arriving by car. The modern, wheelchair-accessible rooms all come with a disability-friendly en suite bathroom with hairdryer, central air-conditioning and are fully equipped as standard. Guests also have the choice of hard, soft, or feather pillows. Guests may take advantage of the spa centre with Jacuzzi and sauna. Sports enthusiasts can try a workout in the hotel gym. There is a breakfast buffet available on a daily basis.

3.5 star rating- Very trendy decor. Modern and clean look about the hotel. - Great location just of the motorway. - Friendly reception staff. - Bar services are poor. The bar is too small for business and the bar staff where never there to serve a drink. Reception had to be asked more than once to call the waiter. - Hotel services are not open all night. Asked for an iron in the evening and was advised that it would not be available until the next day. Had to remind the staff twice the next day and after that only had the iron without an ironing board sent to my room. - Waiter service at the restaurant is far too slow. Having the waiter deal with serving at the restaurant and also delivering room service is ridiculous. - The quality of the gym is very poor. The hotel should invest in a new multi gym and some free weights. The existing multi gym was broken.07 May 2009
