3.5 star ratingIt was very clean and the staff seemed to be efficient, polite and friendly. However there wasnt anything on late at night for those that wanted to stay up that little bit later. Check in was quick and ordering a taxi through reception was quick too.I was not impressed with breakfast and only had breakfast on one morning. I had noticed that children were helping themselves to food and putting it back which did not seem very hygienic especially if they had dirty hands. There wasnt anything on late at night and the lifts took a long time to come.//c~the hotel was central for the shops although quite a walk to the beach.//g~Overall the hotel was adequate for our needs and the room was comfortable18 August 2008

2.5 star ratingnothing positive at all.this hotel is the pits the food is unedible the staff are unhelpful and this hotel does not cater in any for english people,it sole purpose is for spanish o.a.ps.there is no entertainment whatsoever, nor is there any kids entertainment,or snacks for the all inclusive guests.23 September 2008

3.5 star ratinggood food and cental location to main shopping areaslounge and bar area shabby. wooden chairs and tables shabby and old fashioned.upholstered chairs shabby and not really comfortable reception and entrance area needs more comfortable chairs to relax especially after meals05 October 2008
4.5 star ratingGood location - walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. Easy to get to - 18 euros in taxi from airport. Very clean. Good breakfast - good selection and very fresh. Good price - value for money. Walking distance to train station. Just a few euros to go to Fuengirola & Benalmadena. Only cost just over one euro to get the train to the airport, which took about 15 minutes. 4 lifts - rarely had to wait more than a minute or two. Rooms were quiet. We had read some really bad reports about this hotel before we went, which we think are grossly unfair. We have struggled to think of anything negative to say about the Natali, and can only come up with the room being very basic. However, for what we paid we found it to be excellent value.06 October 2008
4.5 star ratingHandy to Bus, Value for money, We enjoyed the company of the Spanish people, especially the dancing after 10 pmNo fridge or coffee/ tea facilites in room, 07 October 2008
3.0 star ratingthe problem with the hotel is it does not cater for other nationalities it only catersfor spanish. when we arrived we was told that entertainment etc was international, we found that this was not true, when we ask the person in charge of entertainment we was told that they only play english music for 30 minutes this between 9pm and 9.30pm and after a couple of nights we asked the person on the organ and we was told he does not like english that is wasy they would not play the english music the hotel is very nice but you have to cater for all not just the spanish27 October 2008

4.5 star ratingThe hotel is ideally situated and is easy access for bus and train travel. A few minutes walk to the town centre and a short distance to the beach. This is the second time I have used this hotel and I would have no hesitation in using it again. The food was of a reasonable standard.None31 October 2008
4.5 star ratingideal location in centre of torremolinos by the bus depot and a short walk to wailway station, good quality room, a nice end to our break on route to the airportcan not think of anything31 October 2008
1.5 star ratingNoneNo help offered with luggage on arrival I am Disabled and my wife had to struggle with Two Cases; all the disabled guests were put on the top floor with no means of escape in a event of FIRE so this cancelled out Health & Safety the shower attachment was lose the shower head was to low to stand under the tray was to small and tended to flood when in use making this very dangerous. the left hand panel of the balcony was not secured correctly. there closed the bar on the Sunday night for renevations all facilities were moved into the Disco bar which had TWO flights of stairs as i am disabled this was a no go area for me. The entertainment and menu was centred around the spanish, there did not cater for any other nationality we had to eat out 4 times in the short space of time we wre there. So to sum up, the hotel was not what we expected the staff were rude the cleaniness wae none existing the room was very unsafe in all aspects and there had one rule for the spanish and one rule for us we paid fully inclusive we did not receive this, after Breakfast if you wanted a snack you had to go out and buy something after lunch the same then at 5 o clock there put coffee and two trays of cookies on for one hour then dinner at seven this is and was not fully inclusive the named hotel should be graded as 2 STAR not 3 we would never ever go back, the holiday was totally ruined could not get HOME quick enough would not recommend the hotel to anyone 05 November 2008
3.0 star ratingFood was exellent. I think this is the key point.Check in procedure - let me down. We came on Thursday, 20th Nov, 20:35. The receptionist was very rude, didn't explaine the procedure about car park, my family was outside in the car not knowing where to stop, I was confused where to stop, the receptionist was just discusting shouting me in front of other people. I even would leave immediately.27 November 2008

3.5 star ratingwas a really nice hotel, situated in a good location. very friendly and welcomming, would use this hotel again. this whole resort seems to be full of spanish holiday makers (mature couples mostly)-bearly any other english people or people from other countries. this is not a bad thing as all the spanish are friendly and love children.none02 February 2009

3.5 star ratingFriendly StaffVery Noisy. DIdnt sleep at all the two nights I was there. All You heard was slamming doors and Water rushing all night. No Carpets so you hear everything. Lack of Electric Sockets in room No English TV ChannelsMartin Sharp15 May 2009
4.5 star ratingGood for the money. So much better than the bad reports I'd read about it before I left. Not necessarily a bad thing depending on who you are, but it was full of old people and children. Oh, and I'd have prefered it to be a littel closer to the beach, but that's not their fault.17 June 2009
4.0 star ratingThe hotel is of excellent standard and very well maintained. It is of a very high standard of cleansiness. Our shower was not working but after reporting it, it was fixed immediately. The food is very good too and even had a choice for small children such as fish fingers etc. The staff on reception speak very good english and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel primarily caters for the Spanish. The main entertainment room is full of Spanish pensioners slow dancing every night, the second room is a kids disco which has a mixture of Spanish and English music however there is no bar in this room and u have to walk up the stairs to obtain a drink. There is about 15 - 30 mins of entertainment per night at 11pm such as a Parrot show, etc for the kids. The pool does not catch any sun til about 1pm every day and until then is completely shaded but this solves the problem of there only being about 20 sunbed and 6 parasols for about a 1000 room hotel as noone wants to sit there. We were fully inclusive however there were no snacks or icecreams for the kids throughout the day. The snacks were between 5pm - 6pm every day and consisted of ice cream for the kids and shortbread biscuits. The bar at the pool was only open 1pm - 7pm. The beach was about a 15 minute walk away but you had to climb about 150 steps to reach it so awkward for the elderly or pushchairs etc. However there was a bus that took u directly to the beach but noone informs us of this and we only found out after asking around. The staff on the bars are very abrupt. The fully inclusive drinks finish at 11pm and u can purchase drinks uptil midnight however dont expect to sit any later. A group of us were sat talking one night and the lights were just put out on us at 12.15am leaving us sat in black darkness!!!!!.15 July 2009
3.0 star ratinglovely hotel, cleannot for brittish visitors cater for spanish only. asked for food for my son as he is a fussy eater had to take him elsewhere and we were all inclusive. even the entertainment was in spanish which i complained about he told me he couldnt speak english but he spoke perfect english when i was last there. very dissapointed31 August 2009
3.5 star ratinggood value for moneyyou need to take the bus from beach to hotel due to the steep hill back 04 September 2009
when i got to natali hotel we was told it was full, we was sent to a hotel out of town this making it difficult for ,as i am disabled. the reason i booked a town hotel. so i cannot comment on the natali.12 September 2009

4.5 star ratingCheck in was very good, offered choice of different rooms. Wine and water (bottles) included with meals. Good value for the price paid.Limited choice at meals, but quality was good. 18 March 2010
2.5 star ratingrooms/linen daily. good food- except those infernal coffee machine/qeues . 1/2k from rail stn. and just across st. from bus stn.(local) . V near shops etc. 1k from sea/very steep (zig zag). not a hol-hotel in true sense. just a typical city hotel. no great pool/sunbathing facilities at all.24 April 2010
4.5 star ratingThe staff at reception were very helpful and the other hotel staff were helpful and polite. There was ample food and plenty of choice. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The location was excellent for bus and train services to go exploring and it was a nice walk to the beach with shops to browse on the , with a handy lift for anyone who could not manage the stairs.A different choice of soup each day, always seving potatoes as well as chips and serving coffee with the evening meal would improve it. A hairdryer in the room would be useful. T&J24 August 2010

Ahora solo viene jubilados espanoles.
5.0 star ratinggreat location in town centre hotel is mainly spanish so no drunks pool area small but there is a roof terrace and as the spanish go on trips the pool area is always free heaven dont expect english food but always plenty of choice of spanish cuisine love this hotellumpy pillows lol but managed03 October 2011
4.5 star ratingThe staff are the best resource at Natali. They are helpful and friendly at all times, it is a pleasure to meet them all from reception to room care staff. The location is the best we know for our holidays and we have been several times. Near bus station, walking distance to circania (metro) station and easy access down to beach. There is a lift if you are feeling a bit tired or you can catch a bus. Botanic gardens, market, shops, sports grounds, animal parks are all nearby. The Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Centre round the corner has lots of facilities and even has free shows from time to time. The hotel is also attractive because it is used by lots of older Spanish people who provide plenty of interest for us and who still have the time and energy to to try and enjoy other people`s company. We think the hotel foyer could be improved by having more seats available for people who are waiting to meet someone or just enjoying people watching. ES DECIR = DAS LEISTUNGSVERHAELTNIS IST ABSOLUT IN ORDNUNG. UND ICH HOFFE SEHR, DASS HOTEL-OPIA DIESES INTERESANTE HOTEL NICHT AUS DEM ANGEBOT RAUSNEHMEN SOLL. ZWEI EXTRAS CAFE-MASCHINEN UND ZWEI EXTRAS TOASTER SOLLTEN NUN WIRKLICH MOEGLICH SEIN, IM RAHMEN EINER GUTEN GAESTE-BEHANDLUNG. WEIL ZU STOSSZEITEN GIBT ES LEIDER ZU VIEL WARTEZEIT - VIELLEICHT GIBT ES AUCH EINE LOESUNG MIT KOCHENDES WASSER UND TEE-BOLSOS, ODER NES-CAFE. DIES IST NICHT ALS NEGATIV-AEUSSERUNGEN AUFZUNEHMEN, NUR EINE EMPFEHLUNG AN DAS HOTEL - DASS DAS RESTAURANT-PERSONAL EIN BISSCHEN RUHIGER AN DIE AUFRAEUMUNG ANGEHT, UND DASS ZWEI NEUE MASCHINEN GEKAUFT WERDEN. JOERGEN FERRE, DAENE, REISELEITER FUER OESTERREICHER, DAENEN U DEUTSCHE. UNTER DEN STUEHLEN KOENNTE MAN FILT ANKLEBEN. DIE SPANIER SIND SEHR VIEL LAERM GEWOEHNT - DIES IST BEI UNS NICHT DER FALL. WENN NUR SPANIER INS HOTEL KOMMEN IST DER LAERMSPEGEL SICHERLICH IN ORDNUNG. WIR AUS DEM NORDEN SIND SEHR VIEL LAERM-EMPFINDLICHER. VIELEN DANK FUER DEN SCHOENEN AUFENTHALT - HOFFE DASS MEINE EMPFEHLUNGEN GEBRAUCHEN KOENNEN. 27 January 2012
