This attractive motel is located along a canal in the Miami's historical district, known for its typical architectural style called Miami Modernism and developed in the 1950s and 1960s. The beach and a large variety of excellent restaurants are only a short stroll away, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach are within easy reach. 4.0 star ratingZimmer sind trotz der nur 2 Sterne super sauber und zweckmäßig- für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen Zum Miami Beach fährt ein Bus gleich von er Ecke ! Der Pool war sehr schutzig wurde dann aber gereingt - man konnte ihn im Dez. leider nicht nutzen - ZU KALT ! Die Gegend ist für Familien mit Kinder nicht zu empfehlen soisse03 January 2011
4.0 star ratingThis is an hotel that grows on you and you become comfortable with. At the end of the day you feel that you are looking forward to getting back to it. It is in an area that is convienient to travel to the shops or beach, and there are plenty of food outlets in walking distance. The resturant attached serves excellent food either in Bistro ambience or on the terrace overlooking the water. There is sufficient internal parking and the pool is attractive. The air conditioned rooms are comfortable and the microwave and fridge a great boon. The staff are helpful and pleasant and speak both English and Spanish.Some attention to replacing broken items such as window blinds etc. would not go amiss. Coat hangers were scarce or none existant. The office needs a makeover, redecorating, and rewiring the electrical items. A programme of carpet shampooing would enhance the room ambience. The tiling in the rooms needs a daily vacuum and wipeover. The music in the bistro is too loud although they will turn it down. Papou16 April 2011

2.0 star ratingDer Pool kann sich sehen lassenDas Personal war zunächst unfähig unsere Buchung zu realisieren (vermutlich überbucht). Wir mussten abends noch eine Stunde aufs Zimmer warten.
