1.5 star ratingHabía reservado una habitación Doble, pero cuando llegué la habitación que me habían asignado era una Twin, lo que me costó 2 llamadas a la recepción y 15 minutos de discusión hasta que nos cambiaron de habitación. Para un hotel de 4*, una habitación con una televisión muy pequeña con mala recepción, sin personalidad y ningún detalle como té/ agua etc, hicieron que nuestra estancia pareciera sobre valorada. I had reserved a Double Room, when presented with a twin room it took 2 calls to reception, 15 minutes of arguing before having the room changed. For a 4 star hotel, a room with only a small tv with bad reception, no personality or little details like free tea/water etc made the stay seem very over priced. Also when an iron /ironing board was requested, the hotel had no facility for this and i had to pay for maid service. Parking was also an additional 10 euros a day. Además, cuando solicitamos una tabla para planchar, el hotel no disponía de ninguna, así que tuve que pagar por el servicio de planchado. 5.0 star ratingLives up to its star rating. Secure parking. Well signed. Good location for tourists.Rooms at front of hotel overlook busy main road - inevitably there is some traffic noise. Not quite as close to the centre of old Cadiz (main attractions) as stated. The not-so-mobile would need to take a taxi. Young and fit could walk in 15 mins.12 February 2010
