4.0 star rating As for the hotel, reception was fine no problems with booking all staff were good and polite we didn't have time for the pool on top of the 12th floor but went up for a look just after dusk and it looked absolutly beautiful and the view of the entertainment park was great,next time we come we will make sure we spend another night just to use the pool at dusk. Breakfast was fair but not much westerners but in ther defence there wasn't to many of us westerners at breakfast. Our room was very good 2 double beds and still had plenty of room for our ample luggage. i would return to this hotel on our next visit no problem.well done Microtel.We booked this hotel because it was close to the Mall Of Asia but didn't have time to enjoy because our flight was delayed a bit and it took about 2 hours to get from the airport Terminal 4. From terminal 4 by taxi not many yellow taxis had to wait well over 60 minutes inline for yellow taxi.when we got there the white taxi wanted to charge 300 peso flat rate (note airport does not reconize white taxis) to our hotel so I said no way thats double the price but useing yellow taxi but I was wrong the yellow taxi driver charged us 348 peso on the meter how could I argue with the meter.Our taxi ride to terminal 3 next day which is futher cost us less than 150 peso. Prices for drinks and food are a bit over the top example I bought a beer at the supermarket it cost me 30 peso microtel room service 90 peso.Room service for food example club sandwich 300 peso from the grill 700 peso chicken or pork adobo 315 peso seafood marinara pasta 310 peso cup of coffee 70 peso. Our view was not very nice of the creek or stream and the other side would be much nicer when the new hotel is completed on the other side. Malcolm 50524 May 2014
3.5 star ratingHotel location is very good. Hotel rates supposed to include free breakfast for all of us (3 adults and 1 child). I was charged breakfast for one child. Hotel does not provide complimentary coffee or tea in the room. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby only. If you want Wi-Fi in the room, you have to pay extra. Anonymous 31 January 2017
