3.0 star ratingNew very close to the underground station and airport bus stop (though not stop at the hotel) hotel staff are not professional and helpful. In a country where I cannot speak, understand and read their language and am unfamilier, it is very important if the hotel staff is reliable and helpful or not. One of the reason why I choose the starred hotel not business hotel is the staff who can help me when I need. Unfortunately this hotel is not good enough. It also took over 30mins both for check-in and check-out. julien09 October 2012
4.5 star ratingGreat position. You can get airport shuttle 6020 from Incheon International Airport, it stops in front of the hotel. As most of the Korean hotels do, staff members are very friendly and they are always there to help you out. Hotel facilities are new, and so does the hotel itself. Can't remember everything, but there are many good things and reasons to stay at the hotel. Forgot to mention, this is the second time I stayed at th hotel. Last time I stayed for 3 nights.Lots of different food for buffet breakfast, but hope they can put more traditional Korean foods there. The impression I had for the breakfast was that business persons are the main target of the caterings. Don't forget that descent hotels in Korea, except motels, are generally expensive.
