3.5 star ratingVery central location Very pleasant staff on reception and in the breakfast room.No restaurant or bar in the evening It was noisy at night, we could hear everything going on in all the rooms around us! 2.5 star ratingLovely little Oasis in the centre of town, what was so nice was being able to relax around the pool and the rooms are really tastefully simple.Adding breakfast was not good value as the breakfast did not reflect the ambience of the hotel and was quite simple. If wishing to dine in the restaurant for dinner the menu was far too basic to consider it as an option. Reception was well staffed however completely unorganised, 3 people working in the reception however only one person dealing with customers led to lengthy queues impacting on holiday time, for something as simple as a room key card nopt working and needing reset I waiting 45 minutes and had to delay my personal plans due to this. Some wonderful staff however also some that were quite rude and dismissive11 July 2012
