4.0 star ratingI have stayed in this hotel for one week and the location is really fantastic, the room was excellent and cleaned everyday, the breakfast was great and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. It was up to its stars standard. The staff working behind the desk were although well dressed but very unpleasant and dull. They were most of the time sitting and looking on their phones even when a customer was standing in front of them. The last day I asked the reception for a wake-up call 05:45 and they said no problem ... next morning no body called, and fortunately I walk up by my self and when I went down to the reception, the receptionist was sleeping while sitting on his chair. When I asked him why I didn´t get the call he said ... sorry we do it manually ... and ... a dull smile. MA22 June 2016
