3.5 star ratingThe hotel location is generally good, away from the main street but close enough to all Sunny Beach has to offer. Facilities are good and the hotel is well maintained. Within the restaurant, the food is varied and offers a good selection for all, with international dishes and every day, a selection of pork, chicken and fish dishes, as well as vegetarian options. The hotel have a policy of charging for sunbeds around the pool. It appears to be selective who gets these included and who has to pay, but every attempt is made to get money from guests for the facilities. The reception staff are not experienced in dealing with guests complaining and simply shrug their shoulders as a response. Depending how strongly you maintain your case, you will get your free wristband for sun beds! There is also a regular problem with hot water in the hotel. Once again, the hotel staff offer a simple but unacceptable solution and suggest you wait hour after hour until the problem is rectified. 20 August 2008
