One bedroom counts with a double bed and the other two are fitted with two single beds. There are three bathrooms in the house, two of them have shower cabin and the other one comes with bath tub. There is air conditioning in the whole house, including all bedrooms. The plot is fenced and counts with a garden area with grass all around the chlorine swimming pool, which invites you to take a refreshing dip. The trees, especially the old olive tree, provide pleasant shade during hot summer nights. Are you a sun lover? Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool enjoying the fantastic panoramic views. There are one sun shade and six sun loungers available. For summer nights there is a barbecue and a porch with wooden garden furniture and seats for all of you to enjoy a nice dinner with the whole family. Enter in the ample living room which is equipped with two comfortable sofas and a wood stove. Surf on the internet, or watch Satellite TV or listen to music with the CD player. The kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, a fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. About 2 kilometres far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari.
