5.0 star ratingWe loved it!!! We even paid for our daughter to stay at the same hotel. Thanks for making our stay special. We had a wedding to attend. My son had several stuffed animals and everyday the staff had his animals and pillow pets arranged really nice. Next time we visit our daughter we well stay there. My son loved the pools!! 4.0 star ratingStaff were great. Room was clean and spacious and the hotel was nice. Hotel provides a shuttle service to Universal Studios which was helpful.Room service charges are extortionate as is the $12.95 per day charge for in room wifi. The location of the hotel is only really suitable for those who have access to a car during their stay as there is nothing which is within walking distance of the hotel apart from a few places to eat. Hollywood is a 20-30 minute bus ride away and downtown LA is roughly 90 minutes on the bus. Bus stops are outside the hotel. 04 March 2013
