4.0 star ratingLovely room with balcony overlooking beach. Inclusive breakfast was lovely! Evening bar guy was very friendly and helpful. Aircon in room was very intermittent, had to ask reception to call maintenance twice. Carys Evans 13 November 2013
2.5 star ratingThe hotel is set in a fantastic location. The room we had looked right over the beach and was lovely to look out at in the morning.We ate at the hotel restaurant and signed the bill to our room in local EC dollars. On check out they had converted the bill to US dollars using a really bad rate and refused to allow us to pay in local currency unless it was cash. As it was the end of the trip we didn't have enough local cash. We were told that if we had paid st the restaurant we could have used visa and pay in local EC but it was too late now and we were not allowed to go back to settle there any more. Also the hotel has about 25-30 sunbeds on the beach for guest use only, however guests from other hotels and other outsides come down really early and reserve all the beds with there towels. Despite security working there , nothing is done to stop them. This means that hotel guests are forced to pay extra for sunbeds from locals further down the beach from the hotel.Dave29 February 2016
