4.0 star ratingI like Mariel Hotel, the decoration is contemporary, I love the sheets and cover or duvets in white color, makes a contrast with the accents of decorations, the people at the hotel are very friendly and ready to provide you with a great service, the location is just close to Banks, theaters, crafts markets, the beach is also nearby as well as the mall, boutiques and restaurants. I really like to stay at the Mariel Hotel. Thank you for everything.I understand that you are working really hard to provide your custormer with a better service, but this time some people were making so much noise working there during the day, also the elevator was constantly busy, there is only one elevator and is really small. I didn't like the view of dirty roofs from my window of my room, I requested a new room but I was told that the hotel was full of its capacity and they said that on my back from Cusco I will have another room, but the same room with the awful view was offered to me. By other means, everything was fine.Bella28 March 2013
