2.5 star ratingThe hotel is in a wonderful position, right on the beach and with easy access to public transport.Disappointed with the restaurant. Food was often cold and items ran out and were not replaced. Tables very close together and often difficult to move about, especially carrying food. The room was a little tired and would benefit from redecoration/updating.06 October 2012
4.0 star ratingThe hotel has such a lovely location on the beach. The staff are always helpful. It is also conveniently located to reach Marbella and Puerto Banus by bus.Some of the rooms are beginning to look a little tired and especially the bathrooms would benefit from renewal. It would be really nice if there was someone to help with baggage to and from the rooms.30 March 2013

5.0 star ratingThis is my 4th visit to the hotel, which I think says something. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is magnificently located right on the beach just outside Marbella, with a bus ride of 10mins into the centre, which gives you the best of both worlds; quiet, relaxation and shopping and night life.I was a little disappointed with the restaurant this visit. Although the quality of the food is very good, the variation was lacking. I really don't want to eat pork for another year! I realise all tastes have to be catered for but personally I would like to see some dishes of the region now and again.05 October 2013

4.0 star ratingI regularly stay at this hotel; at least twice a year. I love it. It has a wonderful position right on the beach and you can walk for miles either way. The staff are always extremely helpful and although the rooms could benefit from a little updating, they respond immediately to any maintenance problems you might have. It is easy to reach the centre of Marbella and although I have no children, it appears to be a very child friendly hotel.The food is good in the restaurant however a little diversity would be appreciated and more authentic Spanish dishes (not to everyone's taste I know). Later opening hours for dinner too would help; 21:30 to close is a little early, especially in peak season. Personally, I would like to see the gym updated a little as in it's present state, it is not really useable.Anonymous 01 July 2014

The location of the hotel, directly on the beach, is excellent if you're looking for a beach holiday.The hotel has been taken over by the French, which is very intimidating when traveling alone. Everything is customised for the French which is very discouraging for other nationals. The hotel has lost its Spanish charm, which was it's best attraction. The animation team are loud and disturbing, again mainly for the French. The hotel is no longer a haven of peace and tranquillity. This is very sad.Anonymous 02 June 2015
