Hotel Information

This beach hotel is located only 20 minutes by boat from the state capital of Kota Kinabalu City. The island, shaped like a dolphin, is blessed with a long stretch of white sandy beach promising hours of sea, sand and fun. Guests can choose to stay in one of the single or double storey chalets. All chalets overlook the South China Sea and a spectacular sunset is almost a daily affair. A shop and restaurant are also available for guests' convenience. The island is ideal for small to medium-sized group meetings. All accommodation units are equipped with an air-conditioner, an attached bathroom and TV.  There is a trail system around the island. The resort is ideal for diving and swimming. Water sports such as banana boating, jet skiing and sailing are also on offer. In addition, the resort includes an outdoor pool.

3.0 star ratingThe hotel is tidy with friendly and helpful staff. Staff did assist proactively. Hotel facility is small to suit the small amount of rooms available but it is keeping well. Food quality is not stable. According to staffs, the boos of the hotel group made the visit with their guest on the first night we stay, therefore, the food quality was good, although the choice of food for dinner buffet was still limited. Worst to come, the la carter food on our second night was terrible after the boos has left the island, the food suddenly with the smaller amount by the same order in the first night, poor quality and overly salted on food. The bed me-tress was horrible, it is aged and far too soft for a comfortable sleep. The hotel should put some money for renewal the room inside for this amount of money for staying.Steven Chan05 May 2013
