4.0 star ratingGood location Spa / Pool Late breakfast at weekendI have been using this hotel every 6 weeks from when it first opened. It is now gradually declining. The rooms are getting a bit tatty - the furniture scratched, table lights in bad condition. Under the beds it had not been hoovered and was food, hair etc. The pool area often has the water jets not working. Last visit only had one water jet working and poorly, and only one of the jacuzzi chairs working. Entrance to the gym via room card has not been working for about 6 months now.mark9916 November 2010

4.5 star ratingSmoking rooms available if needed. Access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Good public transport links and free parking.Bar area was too cold to sit in so we ate quickly and left.29 April 2013
3.5 star ratingFurniture in rooms getting shabby and not replaced since hotel opened a few years ago now. Pool/Spa very poor. For about 2 years now water jets not working, ceiling mouldy, steam room needs smartening up. If I paid to specifically use spa facilities I would be very dissappointed. Jucuzzi not working either on my last visit. As nothing dems to get repaired, it may not work again. Breakfast served on small plates and have to be served by staff so don't get much unless ask for extra which is embarrassing. 03 September 2013
4.0 star ratingStaff at desk very helpful and pleasant to chat with. They tried to help with queries I had.Night food would not recommend got a chicken curry with only 3 small pieces of chicken08 September 2013
3.5 star ratingThe room was so clean and the housekeeping staff replaced our towels when we were busy, they made us feel very accomidated and taken care of. The gym was extremely big and full of equipment ( the men in it though are so intimidating even for regular gym goers like us) So affordable yet not bargain basement. Great location. This hotel would be fine if you desperately needed a place to stay that is clean but be aware of the noise and heat. The first room we checked into the bed was broken probably by a previous guest but we were moved straight away within 10 minutes of us being in the hotel and she was quite nice in dealing with this. The room was like sleeping in an oven without the heating on, we had a door wide open onto a balcony and the window open and it was still roasting, the duvet was rarely used and we slept with as little clothing as possible. The noise from the road was unbelievably loud, I live beside a dual carriage way at home so I am used to road noise but this was unbelievable. Sirens at 3am and loud engines reving and racing all night long. The reception staff were ok. The first woman we dealt with while checking in was lovely the rest of the staff seemed like they could do with some training in customer service and when checking out we just got ''everythings grand on the account'' and she walked away so we just went ''ok cool thankssss?'' and left. There is repair work needed in the room, curtain rail thats almost falling down, cigerette burns on the chairs, dirty bath from wear and tear. There was no lamp, the ironing board was half broken just a chunk of wood and our shower was just horrible. It would spray out water from a leak and you couldnt have the bath tap on without the shower spraying everywhere. It was a fixed head so would spray you even if you wanted to keep your hair dry. The food in the bar was over priced for what you got. Meh 16 July 2014

2.5 star ratingThe room was very spacious and modernArrived at 12 O Clock to be told that check in was not until 2pm so came back at 2:30 to be told again that the room was not ready. At 3:40 we received the key to our room which is simply not good enough as we had planned to go for a swim which we couldn't do and barely made the show that we were attending. Ordered room service and an hour later got a phone call to say that they had forgotten our order and would be a further 30 minutes before our order reached the room. On check in found that staff were pulling faces when I got upset with waiting around a bit unprofessional. Great location but would not stay there again or recommend to friends and family.Anonymous 17 November 2015
3.5 star ratingroom was lovely and comfystaff at the desk were very slow and with 4 in the que nobody was interested in moving it on even though there was a second person in the back office. We normally stay in the Glashouse but it was booked out.We prefer the glashouse and still do.Your front desk is a problem and you lack security. We would like to hear your feedback to our comments and how you would sway us to your hotel as against others in Tallaght Anonymous 11 December 2015
