1.0 star ratingCouldn't make the trip and you guys refused to make cancellation and you guys also refused to refund my money. You guys are thieves. Charging for service that was never rendered. I called your customer service they were rude and refused to help. Will be filing a complaint with better business bureau. Will be posting on all my social medias how you guys practice dirty business and will ask for boycott of your site.!!!!04 January 2013
