4.0 star rating	The hotel was clean, the staff attentive, and the facilities were excellent.	The car park at the hotel was very small and difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The overspill was close, but not ideal; especially for lone travellers arriving late.		05 November 2008
4.0 star rating	The girl at check in was very friendly (think she was called justyna), we also had the lake view we asked for and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a really good selection (cereals, fruits, pastries, juices, meat, cheese, toast etc) as well as an opportunity to upgrade to full english for a little extra.	When i wanted a bath at 7pm there was no hot water, same the next morning when i took a shower. I had to make do with luke warm water which isn't nice when the weather is so cold! There was also a speaker in the bathroom which couldn't be switched off. If the tv was on in the room it came through into the bathroom twice as loud - not good when your trying to relax.		04 January 2009

4.5 star rating		Unfortunately there was a major power problem during our stay which left us minus heating, lights or water (luckily we had a torch in the car as candles were not offered due to health and safety risks). The staff did everything they could for us but it was difficult for them given the circumstances. We were given free drinks and water to brush our teeth! I do hope the problem has been rectified as it is a lovely hotel.		02 January 2009
4.0 star rating	The hotel was clean and done well. The best thing was our river view and that our room was very quiet.	Maybe an older clientel would prfer the hotel.		31 August 2009
5.0 star rating	The facilties were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.	Slipped getting out of the shower and bruised my arm and leg, need retractable shower screen or curtain to enable people to get out of the shower more easily.		06 October 2009

5.0 star rating	My husband was not well on arriving at the hotel and Chris and Paul at reception were first class as far as getting paramedics to see my husband. My room was not ready and Paul gave us an upgrade to a first room immediately. I cannot thank the two of them on making my stay pleasant under the circumstances. My husband was alright after some checking, so thank you both for your kind attention.	None		15 July 2013
